To sign up for an event, check the Sodexho Events for available spots. Once you have identified dates that you would like to work, send an email to Signup .
Please remember that when you sign up for an event, you are committing to work that event. If an emergency comes up and you can not make your scheduled event, it is your responsibility to find a suitable replacement. Please do not try to hold a spot by signing up for events that you have not confirmed your availability. Violators will be removed from the list and banned from participating in the Sodexho Fundraising activity.
If an event is full and you would like to be considered for "StandBy", state this in your email so that we can place you on the list.
"NOTE: All adults wishing to work the Sodexho events MUST have a TABC certification on file with Sodexho before they will be allowed to work ANY event. For more info, see TABC Certification below.

You MUST be TABC certified and over 18 yrs of age in order to serve
beer. We work many events serving alcohol and this is out biggest
money maker. If you would like to work, you must take the
certification class before you will be put on the schedule. Once
you’re certified, you should fax your certification to 512-283-2614 to Lakeyta Webb. You then will be contacted when these booth come available. For class schedule go to www.dramshopschool.com , the fee is $20 for non-profit organizations.
